I knew that I wanted a macro lens with excellent image quality. The only thing I was unsure about was the push-pull method of changing from auto to manual focus. However, after using it a couple of times, I have found it to be great. You don't have to remove your eye from the viewfinder, just a quick push or pull on the focus ring. Six-year warranty, lens hood and soft case are all a welcome...
