We knew it had been shipped when received it. The morning that we received the ring, your website tracking information still only said that the item was in stock and ready to be shipped. It looks very nice from the web photo. But when I receive it, I found it smaller than I thought and with material not as nice as I thought. That is the problem of web shopping.
