When I checked Pricegrabber, BuyDig.com had the best price by far for the model TV I was looking for. I decided to buy from them, but when I clicked on BuyDig.com link, the price on their site was higher then what Pricegrabber showed me. I contacted John Simmons @ BuyDig, and he informed me that the price was from a sale that expired the prior week, but that he would be glad to honor the price Pricegrabber was showing. He also offered me the sale price on the extended warranty that was in the same sale which I excepted. I found the entire experience surprisingly pleasant, from talking with the rep (John Simmons)to scheduling the delivery, to accepting the delivery. I communication was fantastic all the way through the process, and everything happened when and how it was supposed to. I will gladly buy from BuyDig.com again, and have recommended them to many of my friends and family all ready.	Overall Rating

Customer service is exceptional and they answer the phone which is nice since most places want you to send an email and hope they get back to you.I have placed orders and actually had the item the next day even though I am only one state away with standard shipping.
